Dear future member of Murray State University Panhellenic,

Recruitment is one of the most anticipated events Alpha Delta Pi as a chapter looks forward to each year. Our number one goal is to make each Potential New Member feel welcomed and at home throughout the entire recruitment process. When I was a freshman going through recruitment, I felt anxious about beginning a new journey of my life. From a personal view point, Alpha Delta Pi was an atmosphere that I was able to relax and be my complete self while having genuine conversations. Not only did I feel this way during recruitment, but that feeling never went away. Everyday in ADPi is a day I look forward to beginning because it continues to strengthen the bonds between my sisters and I, as well as continuously helping me in becoming the absolute best version of myself.

Being given the title Formal Recruitment Chair is such an exciting opportunity because it gives me the chance to re-create the feeling of having the best of friends, family, and support system that I've found, for woman seeking the same experience. My goals are to show the women going through recruitment what genuine friendship feels like, how much fun college can be with sisters, and how this chapter stands together as a whole, all while caring for each and every member. My admiration for Alpha Delta Pi only grows stronger and now almost three years later this incredible group of women have never ceased to amaze me!

Come Fall 2017 you will be able to see through your own experiences how rewarding being a part of a Panhellenic sorority can be. We are thrilled you are interested in going Greek and are incredibly excited to meet you! If you have any questions or if I can help you in any way during this journey, please don't hesitate to ask.
